End User License Agreement

This agreement is between CharmRoot and you, the individual using the CharmRoot application. It covers the license to use the software itself; your organization's commercial relationship with us is governed by the Terms of Service.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, CharmRoot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hosted CharmRoot application for the internal purposes of the organization that authorized your account.

2. Restrictions

  • No copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works of the application.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code, except where law permits.
  • No scraping, bulk extraction or automated access outside the documented interfaces and agent endpoint.
  • No sharing your credentials, session tokens or agent connection keys with anyone else.
  • No use of the application to build or benchmark a competing product.
  • No removal of proprietary notices or branding except through supported white-label settings.

3. Ownership

CharmRoot and its licensors own the application, its interface, and all related intellectual property. No rights are granted other than the limited license above. Your organization owns the records it enters.

4. Updates

The application is delivered as a hosted service and is updated continuously. Updates may add, change or remove functionality; this agreement covers each update unless it ships with separate terms.

5. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the product without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically when your account is closed or when you breach this agreement. On termination you must stop using the application; your organization's data rights continue under the Terms of Service.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharmRoot is not liable to you personally for any damages arising from your use of the application.
