CharmRoot is a membership and community program CRM built for chapter-based non-profits — the organizations that run member development, community initiatives, dues and events, partner relationships and a document vault, usually with volunteers doing the administration.
Why we built it
Most chapters run on a spreadsheet for members, a second one for dues, a shared drive for documents, and a group chat for events. Nothing reconciles, history disappears when a volunteer steps down, and reporting to a board or funder becomes a weekend project. CharmRoot puts those pieces in one governed workspace so the record survives the leadership handoff.

- Modular by design. Programs, sub-chapters, partner CRM and the document vault can be switched on per organization.
- Agent-ready. An optional MCP endpoint lets approved AI assistants work with your data under your own permissions.
Our commitments
We keep your data yours, we do not sell it, and we do not train models on it. We aim to make the common administrative tasks — onboarding a member, closing out an event, chasing dues — take minutes rather than evenings.
